WHAT IS COMMITMENT?

January 25th, 2010

WHAT IS COMMITMENT?

Earlier this year we wrote an article “Resolutions vs. Commitment”. Today we want to talk a bit further about the term Commitment. If you’re not committed to self improvement….you’ll never see your full potential.

For those of you who follow my writings, I like to use the definitions of Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, especially for a misunderstood subject such as this. Commitment means different things to different folks. Here is what Wikipedia says:

“Commitment means to show loyalty, duty or pledge to something or someone, and can refer to:

• Personal commitment, interaction dominated by obligations. These obligations may be mutual, or self-imposed, or explicitly stated, or may not. Distinction is often made between commitment as a member of an organization (such as a sporting team, a religion, or as an employee), and a personal commitment, which is often a pledge or promise to ones’ self for personal growth.

• Brand commitment refers to the strength of the relationship between consumers (or customers) and a particular brand (or service).

• Organizational commitment can mean something pledged by an organization as opposed to its members.

• In poker, it means that someone will do better by staying in a hand no matter what (even if he probably doesn’t have the best hand, he would still win more money by betting all his chips), rather than folding”.

Commitment to success of a corporation is imperative, however, commitment is even more important for an individual. The most important factor for individual success is commitment. Commitment sparks action….then results will follow. There are two fundamental aspects of commitment we should consider.

The first is having a strong conviction of your beliefs. The old saying “If you don’t stand for something…you’ll fall for anything” is so true here. I read recently as one writer said it best…commitment is “persistence with a purpose”.

The second important factor is the faithful adherence to those beliefs and is represented by your behavior.

One writer put it perfectly….”It is the strength of these commitments, religiously followed, that led to their business success.”

We must be committed to a set of personal values, principles and beliefs. We must have a personal vision and purpose for what we are about to commit to. In our personal life we must have a inherent personal integrity and self confidence. We must have a personal goal for self improvement and follow that goal until we are comfortable with the outcome of our goal.

If we are in business we must remember that “everyone is a customer to someone else.” As a business owner you must keep our customers as the number one priority, because without customers our business is absolutely nothing. You must have a marketable product and stand behind that product or service without reservations. If we have employees in our organization, you must treat them with respect, by challenging them and giving them feedback on a job well done. Many times our employee is the one who are on the frontline having the contact with a potential client. “Commitment is a two-way street. You only get it if you’re willing to give it.”

Being committed and staying committed is no easy task. “Wavering commitment could be considered as no commitment at all”. If you’re really committed and genuine in that commitment it will always stand the test of time. Commitments will change as time goes on. Current goals may have to be revamped or refined. You may have to take some form of risk to make the changes necessary to fulfill your commitments. Be willing to improve your goals and expectations to accomplish the end results. Keep your commitment in your fore front of your heart and mind and the things you always dreamed about will become a reality.

The combination of supporting behavior and improving behavior are the ingredients of true commitment. If these two issues are separated neither will sustain your overall commitment. Commitment is a personal thing that each of us must face everyday. Being committed and staying committed is a mindset that each of us must address in our lives if we want to become a success.

If you have any questions, or need personal mentoring, the eBiz Solutions Team is standing by to assist you in making that personal commitment a reality. You can contact us at the contact information listed below.

Can I Get Banned For Buying Aion: The Tower of Eternity Kinah?

January 24th, 2010

There are many places advertising cheap aion gold (also called aion kinah) for sale and even some of my friends have recently started buying aion kinah now. They say it is a whole lot safer than getting your character powerleveled and I shouldn’t be worried about getting banned for it. However, my question is can I really get banned for buying aion kina online?

In fact, the odds of it getting you banned to be very low as long as you are smart about it. Selling aion kina and other virtual items is quickly becoming a multi-billion dollar industry. I believe it would take way too many resources in order to ban all the buyers so that is why they seem to be focused on banning mostly the sellers.

You will be ok as long as you don’t purchase insane amounts of aion kina at one time, because you don’t want to do anything in game that would bring attention to yourself. I know a lot of people that have bought gold many times and have never had a problem with it.

It really is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to buying aion kina in aion online. You really need to take caution if you decide to buy aion kina, so you need to know how to buy safe aion kina online.

There are three delivery ways existed in aion online: 1. By face-to-face. 2. Put private store near the mailbox in the starting arear on channel one. 3. Email all the aion kina. Many websites will choose the second way, as it is the safest way in the game, and you will not be detected for buying aion kina. wow-gold-team.com is a perfect website my friends recommended, and they never get us banned for buying cheap aion kina from them. If you have made up your mind to buy aion kina from online sites, you can have a try.

Essential Ingredients for SEM

January 24th, 2010

Search engine marketing isn’t the proper marketing medium for every company. This is often the case in extremely competitive and saturated markets or with new products that few persons check-out the search engines to look for. Search marketing breaks down into a few key areas; search engine optimisation or SEO and pay per click advertising or PPC. For example, check out Clickbank Affiliate Loophole to see how easy it really is.

Search engines are always moving forward with good reason. It comes down to two simple yet mutually conflicting factors -

• Competition: online enterprises are continually maturing, by the minute.

• Expectation: Web users nowadays visit web sites with big expectations. Search engines drive surfers to visit sites, and surfers expect the sites referred to as a result, to be extremely significant to their search.

The diverse articles that you post on the domains are not just for information purposes but even aid SEO. As you are relegating these SEO articles you are ultimately doing link making for your web site. After you are done with the articles you may also regard submitting news releases.

When you begin with the process of search engine friendly content creation, you have to also work on the varied key words, try to have them at places where viewers might observe them to a greater extent. You may even link them to a particular page on your web page that concerns to the word. Even you can increase the font for the keyword or also use the bold function at great effect.

A few of the other merits of deploying a SEM Manager is that they are usually experienced in Pay-Per-Click advertising. This technique of advertising takes a skill-set that is accomplished over the long haul, not overnight.

Content is king. No webpage element is more important than content. A real internet marketing expert will undoubtedly offer rewriting of your content or writing of new content for your web page. He will make your content appealing and useful for internet users while simultaneously being attractive to search engine spiders.

You can discover much more SEM help at nextgensem.com. Check out the Clickbank Affiliate Loophole there as well.

Sending Email: Three Tips for Discovering the Right Frequency

January 23rd, 2010

All around the world, email marketers are constantly asking the same question – how often should I email my subscribers?  As you have probably guessed, the answer is never the same because no two campaigns are identical.  For example, one company may conclude that emailing subscribers once a week works best, while the next campaign manger may find that the same frequency is too much.  This just goes to show that there is no one golden rule regarding when, or much email you should send.  In actuality, it is the preference of your audience that will ultimately determine the right frequency.

1. Decide Based on Your Content

One good way to figure out how often you should send email is to base the frequency on your content.  For instance, if you are sending out important information that offers exceptional value to your readership, increasing the frequency shouldn’t be much of a problem.  If this is content your readers truly need, they may actually desire it quite often.  When this is the case, not emailing them enough could result in the loss of subscribers.  It is a very fine line, but once you have your audience reeled in, you must continuously deliver the goods on a disciplined schedule.  Slack off one bit and the list it took you so long to build could be reduced to nothing in the blink of an eye.

2. Don’t Over Do It

While nothing is etched in stone in regards to how often one should send email, it has been proven that going overboard can stop a campaign dead in its tracks. Sure, you are trying to get people to visit your website and buy into your offerings, but at what cost?  Email gives you immediate access to a wealth of potential customers, but its power should never be abused.  You may think that you are making an impact by sending your readers important messages in rapid-fire fashion, but you could just be annoying them and ruining your credibility.  By emailing your subscribers too often, you are only increasing the probability of having subscribers requesting to be removed from your list.  Excessive frequency in conjunction with irrelevant content could also lead to spam complaints in the very near future.  If the performance of your campaign shows the slightest sign that you are sending too much email, back off a bit and adjust your frequency accordingly.

3. Adopt Your Reader’s Mind Set

The best way to determine email frequency for your campaign is to simply think like your readers.  After signing up for a newsletter or something similar, how often would you want to receive mail from the offering company?  If you determine that hearing from them everyday would be too much, it is probably safe to assume that daily mailings will not work.  Likewise, you may feel like receiving mail on a bi-weekly schedule works better, or that once per month isn’t enough to hold your interest.  The key is in understanding that the right email frequency will depend on your audience.  Because they will also determine the success of your campaign, finding a frequency that appeases them is crucial.

3 Benefits of Marketing thru Bookmarking Sites

January 22nd, 2010

Using online bookmarking sites when marketing on the internet can be a very efficient way of gaining exposure for your business. For many sharing social bookmarks may seem too time consuming a task but if done correctly the benefits of doing so far outweigh the time invested.

Social bookmarking sites are way too popular to ignore for the traffic potential they present. Most savvy online entrepreneurs realize this and have simply incorporated their involvement in these sites as part of their ongoing business duties.

Let’s look at 3 undeniable but significant benefits you can experience by using social bookmarking sites as a means to promote your business online.

Carving Out Your Niche

Maintaining a consistency as to the theme of the content you share at social bookmarking sites tends to ‘brand’ you. Making your name and/or business synonymous with a particular niche will serve to make your marketing efforts easier online. Also the more content you do produce and bookmark pertaining to the same subject the more credibility you are bound to gain in this area. Of course the information you circulate needs to be of use and beneficial to the readers.

Extensive Online Exposure

Social bookmarks are shared not only within a particular site but also are often circulated to other areas of the internet as well. The viral capability when your bookmarks are shared with others in this way is enormous. Once your content leaves the bookmark site there is no telling where it may end up from there.

Increase Search Engine Ranking

Search engines factor in the number of incoming links your site may have and use this to determine your ranking. Quite simply the more incoming links you have the higher the ranking you may receive which presents a significant potential for traffic.

With any social bookmarks you have circulating online you also have within the content a link back to your site. People who see these bookmarks have the option to visit your site provided the content was intriguing to them. This therefore creates an opportunity for the number of your incoming links to explode overnight.

Imagine the possibilities here and all by simply sharing a bookmark!

Bookmarking sites can serve many purposes for savvy online entrepreneurs if used correctly. Although the time it can take to leave social bookmarks at many sites can be intimidating to some, the benefits you can gain must be considered. The benefits we mentioned here today are but only 3 of the many that social bookmarking sites can offer an online business. Taking the time to explore this avenue as a way to increase exposure online is something anyone marketing on the internet needs to at least consider.

Creativity Counts in Internet Marketing for Online Business

January 21st, 2010

You want to succeed with your Internet marketing. For online business ventures creativity is just as important as content.  While it may seem as if you should focus entirely on providing good value, the truth is that no matter how well you define your niche, someone else is bound to have the same product to offer.

Make it Interesting

Have you ever been to a website that is just a long page of writing?  BORING!  You don’t want to read all that text, and neither does anyone else.  Your job as a marketer is to make sure that what you are offering your visitors is visually exciting and draws them in further.

Text is fine in limited amounts, but graphics, pictures and links to videos are more effective.  Subpages can be used to provide greater amounts of text, once people have clicked into them, but even there the text should be concise.  Remember, you are an entrepreneur now, you want to come across as one.

Don’t overdo it

The flip side of this equation is the page that has so much going on that it generates an instant migraine for the visitor.  You want to use blank space effectively and draw the eye towards the things you want the visitor to focus upon.

Are you offering a new product, surround that area with a nice border.  Do you want to show off a new video or testimonial?  Put it front and center so it can’t be missed.  Consider that not all monitors are the same size and someone with a small screen will only see the top of the page at first, use that space well.

Don’t hesitate to use Professional Help

If designing web pages isn’t a forte, consider hiring someone to help you out.  While there are plenty of software packages available to assist you in creating your money page, you need to be willing to maintain the page constantly as well.

It can be a better use of your time to email your updates to someone who knows how to do the work in a matter of minutes.  The same applies to other parts of your marketing plan as well.

Consider investing in a Coach

If this is your first venture in online marketing, you should seriously consider a coach.  There are so many mistakes that newbies make that can be avoided with a little experience.

A coach will help you design your business for success, help you head off potential disasters and give you the confidence to pursue this new dream.

Creating the lifestyle you dream about requires an understanding of how to make money online. You too can become an entrepreneur once you learn the techniques that successful online marketers use. Start your home based business the right way; let us show you how!

Tips To Increase Site Rankins Through Using A Link Building Service

January 20th, 2010

Here are some basic principles to be enforced to help increase web site traffic and search site rankings if you decide not to hire a time saving Link Building Service Company.  My recommendation is that you do outsource the maximum amount of the work load as possible to avoid becoming overwhelmed, and eventually, quitting.  With that under consideration, let’s get started.

1.  Make a web site with valuable content, products.  This is the first thing you should do.  You need to give your clients a reason to visit your site.  What are you offering them?  If you are unsure, figure this out first.

2.  Place primary and secondary keywords within the first 25 words in your page content and spread them evenly throughout the document.

three.  Research and use the best keywords / phrases to attract your target shoppers.

4.  Use your keywords in the right fields and references in your web page.  Like Title, META tags, Headers, for example.
